Which payment methods do you accept?

Bloomgroove currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Interac

We process all payments through a secure protocol and offer all registered users to save their payment information on our secure server. Should you decide, you also have an option to save your card for future use. The subsequent orders can be placed simply by logging into your account using your email address and password and selecting a credit card option from the list.

How do I edit my payment information?

To remove or edit your current credit card, go to the My Account page, and click on the “Credit Card” link. On the next page, you can delete or edit your current credit card or add a new one.

Is Bloomgroove secure?

We are going to great lengths to ensure maximum possible user data safety. Credit card details and transactions are secured through a sturdy Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all transactions involving information passed between your computer and our server. SSL encrypts the data, ensuring that no-one is able to access it in its original format.

Furthermore, our website is fully PCI compliant. PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Standards Council is a global network for development and implementation of security standards. This council was created from PCI DSS (Data Security Standard), which is a set of rules made to ensure that all companies that process, store and transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

Where is my order?

To track your current order, go to the My Account page and click on the “Track package” button in order details. You will be directed to the carrier tracking page where you can check on the current shipping status of your order and the estimated time of arrival.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information in the Personal Information menu, located in the My Account section. Here, you can change your email, password and opt in and out of promotional emails.

How do I claim my discount coupon?

If you’ve received a discount coupon for Bloomgroove, you can claim it on the checkout page. Add your desired product to cart, click “Checkout” and on the following page type in your code in the Coupon box. Your discount will be immediately applied.

How do I return the product and get a refund?

You can return unused items sold on Bloomgroove, however the return options vary on the seller, product or reason for return. In order to start a return, please contact customer support using the form above for more information. Once you've received your return authorization number, package your product securely and include any paperwork you’ve received, as well as your return label. You will be notified of your refund status by the third party seller or by one of Bloomgroove representatives (for products we do fulfillment for).

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change your order details, please contact Customer Support. Please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed by our shipping center.

How does free shipping work?

Bloomgroove rewards all orders over $50 with free express shipping in the United States and Canada. During your checkout, your order total will be automatically calculated and if it exceeds $50, we will instantly select the fastest shipping option that’s currently available, completely on the house.
